From birth to 18 months, our infant program gives little ones the chance to grow and develop at their own pace. The combination of our “at home” environment and teachers who promote early learning, discovery and creativity sets LHBD apart from most center programs. We keep your child’s day focused on their needs and guide them in exploring the world around them to create strong bonds, building quality relationships and fostering trust so our little ones can learn.
AgesStarting at six weeks we welcome your lil' one into our classroom! Ages within our classroom range from 6 weeks to 18 months with the ability to move children to the next classroom based on their developmental needs. Our transition process is slow and takes the time to introduce the child to their new environment, teachers and friends gradually. This helps ease the mind of our parents and makes those transition periods easier for your lil' as well! |
Our DayOur day here in the Infant Room is laid out a little differently than our other classrooms. With the understanding that every infant has their own needs and on different developmental levels; we have created a basic schedule. With generalized activities and estimated times, we try our best to base our day around this schedule. Keeping in mind that the day to day schedule for every individual child in our care can change, we cater to the needs and independent schedule of each child. We work hand in hand with our parents to create the best day for every little!
